3 Account Eligibility

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the gasia88 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses therein.

At the time of registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including — but not limited to — their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License.

4.3 Account Security

5.2 Accurate Information

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method, with e-wallet and DuitNow transactions generally capped at RM10,000 per transaction, and bank transfer methods at RM30,000 per transaction. 6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. 8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the gasia88 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting market. By placing a wager, the Player confirms they have read and accepted the applicable rules for that game or event.

• Wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where expressly provided in specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay or a live betting event, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account.
• For sports events — including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, and UFC bouts — the Operator reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or void bets where there is evidence of irregular activity or where event outcomes cannot be determined with certainty.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gasia88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any technical failure, service interruption, or data loss affecting your account or gameplay.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Gasia88 to any Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Operator-Initiated Closure

Gasia88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or AML concerns, failure to complete KYC verification, abuse of bonus structures, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal of verified real-money funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided no compliance holds are in place.

12.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely via our Responsible Gambling page. 13 Governing Law
